Fish & Stroke in Women Connection

The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition’s March issue states eating lean fish reduces the chance of women having a stroke. Researchers found eating at least 3 servings a week was inversely associated with the risk of stroke, compared with eating less than one serving. Good choices are sardines & herring.
