Dr. Weil in the March 2011 of Prevention Magazine reports “Research suggests that people with chronic anxiety have lower-than-normal levels of omega-3 fatty acids. Studies have found threat balancing this deficiency may help relieve symptoms. Add more omega-3’s to your diet to eating several servings of fatty fish” If you don’t like eating fish take Omega 3 supplements.
